	1-800-Save-A-Pet explains why you should spay or neuter your pet. It also has a lot of links to sites for other information along with sites that help you find someone local to do the job.
	Friends of Animals FoA offers a nation-wide program for low-cost spays and neuterings. you may purchase a certificate by calling 1-800-321-PETS (7387) or going to their Web site. When you click on the image "click here to order spay neuter certificates online," you will be asked to enter your street address and e-mail address. The organization will contact you with names of veterinarians in your area who accept their certificates.
	Low Cost or Free Spay - Neuter Programs in the United States This page offers information on spaying and neutering as well as links to organizations in all states.
	Spay/USA Spay/USA offers a nation-wide program for low-cost spays and neuterings. You may purchase a certificate by calling 1-800-248-SPAY(7729) or going to their Web site. Enter your zip code and fill out the online form and the organization will contact you with names of veterinarians in your area who accept their certificates.

Near New Jersey
	Cats with No Name is a mobile low cost spay/neuter program that operates 5 to 6 days a week throughout PA. They spay or neuter cats and dogs for very low cost and also offer low-cost vaccinations and microchips. See their web site for the schedule and location of their mobile clinics.
