There are so many organizations that offer low-cost spaying and neutering that they got their own page. The following places offer low-cost services or can provide you with options for obtaining low-cost surgeries (such as certificates good at certain veterinary offices).

Friends of Animals
FoA offers a nation-wide program for low-cost spays and neuterings. you may purchase a certificate by calling 1-800-321-PETS (7387) or going to their Web site. When you click on the image "click here to order spay neuter certificates online," you will be asked to enter your street address and e-mail address. The organization will contact you with names of veterinarians in your area who accept their certificates.
