Elwood "Blues" Watson Grooves in Ocean Grove - an article about Watson, a former MAGDRL orphan.

From Watson's former foster mom - "I am so proud to forward this article on a Dane that I fostered, Watson. Watson was an animal abuse case that MAGDRL took in from a Perth Amboy shelter. I never bonded with an animal, as I did with Watson, and it broke my heart to give this boy up. He wasn't my foster dog, but rather a companion, who understood me better than anyone, including my husband. This article is one of four newspaper articles, written about Watson (now Elwood), and I couldn't be happier for Watson, and even more so, for Susan Fick, who appreciates him as much as I did."

Suzanne Dragan has loved and lived with animals her entire Life! As Central Jersey's "Animal Social Worker/Resource Person" and a consultant to the Humane Society of the United States, Suzanne helps listeners resolve their pet and backyard wildlife issues. Listeners join Suzanne and her friends from the Animal Rescue Force and the Junior Humane Society as well as a variety of guests from Zookeepers to Groomers to Pet Psycholgists. When it comes to animal care and advice, she doesn't have time for "monkey business". The Pet House on WCTC covers more than just dogs and cats!!

A Friend Indeed. We were featured in a Courier Post article in anticipation of our March 14th "Highballs for Hooch" event.

New Jersey Network's Homeless Tails. The NJN special Homeless Tails, A Decade of Caring was re-broadcast. The show originally aired during December 2003. The special has some useful info in it on dogs in general. (also a great 2 second picture with Hal and Duke!)

This half-hour special celebrates a few successful Homeless Tails adoptions, and also discusses serious humane issues, including preventing animal cruelty.
